Please read these frequently asked questions before you book.
What happens when I make a reservation?
Once you complete booking , the details of the booking are sent electronically to our representatives who will make the appropriate arrangements as your request.
Transfer times?
The times quoted are the standard journey times on a normal day. These times may alter slightly in high season when there is more traffic or road works affect the direct route of the journey. You will be notified if there is any anticipated delay to your journey.
Do I need to tip the driver?
The price paid does not include a tip. As is standard across the globe these days if you feel your resort taxi driver has been friendly and courteous, then a small tip is the norm.
How will we locate our driver after the flight arrives?
Your driver will meet you at the exit from the customs hall inside the airport terminal. Drivers will hold a sign with your name written upon it.
What will happen if our flight gets delayed?
We operate 24 hours and monitor all incoming flights. So it does not matter how delayed your flight is, or how early it is, there will be a driver waiting for you at no extra cost.
How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?
The driver will normally wait 80 minutes for you before he makes any enquiries. He will check with the information desk and page your name and wait another 10 minutes for you before he leaves the terminal. We strongly recommend that you call us, if you think it will take more than one hour to leave customs, so we can tell the driver to wait for you.
How long does the journey take from the airport to London City?
It takes 35-60 minutes from Heathrow and 55-75 minutes from Gatwick to London City, depending on the time of the day and traffic conditions. |
